Willkommen to Oktoberfest! Cincinnati’s favorite fall tradition returns September 18–21 at Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove, filling the riverfront with nonstop entertainment, delicious food, and plenty of German beer. This year’s highlights include Pride Night on Thursday, the Running of the Wieners and Stein Hoisting Competition on Friday, the Brewery Run and the World’s Largest Chicken Dance on Saturday, and festivities continuing through Sunday evening. Feel the Power of Whitney in Symphonic Form! This weekend, The Voice of Whitney: A Symphonic Celebration brings the legendary voice of Whitney Houston back to life at Cincinnati’s Music Hall. On Saturday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, September 21 at 2 p.m., the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, conducted by Daniel Wiley, will perform lush, reimagined orchestrations of her greatest hits—including “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” “Higher Love,” and the iconic “I Will Always Love You”—enhanced by remastered vocals and never-before-seen video footage and interviews. It’s an unforgettable tribute that intertwines nostalgia, orchestral grandeur, and multimedia magic!
Step into the shadows at Heritage Village Museum in Sharonville with Spirits by Starlight Ghost Tours! On select evenings: Sept. 20, Sept. 27, Oct. 4, Nov. 8, and Dec. 6 from 7–10 p.m., the historic grounds come alive after dark with chilling tales of the people, and spirits, who once called these buildings home. Blending local history with a touch of the supernatural, this guided tour is the perfect fall night out for ghost story lovers and history buffs alike.
This weekend, Halloween Haunt RETURNS to Kings Island, running September 19 – November 1! Gather your friends and family for a night packed with spooky fun, eerie chills, and unforgettable thrills. Brave your way through haunted mazes and scare zones, or take your fear to new heights on Kings Island’s iconic roller coasters in the dark. Whether you’re in it for the screams or the rides, Halloween Haunt delivers the ultimate fall fright night!
