Hello Columbia Plaza!

Featuring: Quote of the Day, Factory 52’s Oktoberfest, 1940’s Day at Union Terminal, Catch A Game in Cincinnati, and Meet the Artist!

Prost, Cincinnati! Factory 52 in Norwood is transforming into Oktoberfest September 5th–7th, presented by Braxton Brewing Company. Kick off the weekend with steins, music, and plenty of good vibes Friday night, then keep the party rolling all day Saturday and Sunday. Expect live bands, tasty brews, and festive fun for all ages. Don’t miss the Dachshund Costume Contest on Sunday at 4 PM—pups in lederhosen guaranteed to steal the show!

Step back in time at Cincinnati’s Union Terminal for 1940s Day! The grand rotunda comes alive with swing dancing, vintage cars, and live big band music that will transport you straight to the WWII era. Dress in your best retro style, grab a dance partner, and soak in the nostalgic vibes while exploring one of the Queen City’s most iconic landmarks. From history displays to classic tunes, it’s a celebration of timeless charm you won’t want to miss!

We’re excited to welcome Cincinnati local artist Carol MacConnell to Columbia Plaza’s gallery, right across from the Hub! Carol is known for her striking abstract pieces and will be offering her work at a special discount for our tenants and guests. Stay tuned for details on an upcoming showing party later this month, where you’ll have the chance to celebrate her work and connect with the artist herself.
