Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass
Get ready for a night of music, memories and milestones as Herb Alpert takes the stage at the Taft Theatre! This year marks a remarkable trifecta — Herb turns 90, his legendary album "Whipped Cream & Other Delights" turns 60 and for the first time in over 35 years, he's hitting the road with an all-new Tijuana Brass, answering the call of fans across the country.
Backed by a powerhouse band of six world-class musicians, Herb will perform the timeless hits you know and love —“The Lonely Bull,” “Spanish Flea,” “Taste of Honey,” “Tijuana Taxi,” “This Guy’s In Love With You,” “What Now My Love,” “Rise” and many more. The show features a vibrant mix of live music, candid conversation and rare visuals from Herb’s storied career, including vintage video, photos and personal memorabilia projected on a giant screen.
Herb’s easygoing charm will shine as he shares stories about his life in music — from founding A&M Records and working with Sergio Mendes, The Carpenters and Burt Bacharach, to his decades-long creative partnership with his wife, Lani Hall. It’s more than a concert —it’s a celebration of a legacy that shaped generations.

The Recreational will keep the vibe going with an acoustic Grateful Dead set, perfect for a chill night under the lights.
