The first-floor lobby was more than doubled in size to about 10,000 square feet, a high-end cafe and Parcel Pending lockers were added, and a 3,000-square-foot “community hub” with game room and market was added on the second floor.

The lease is the largest office lease in downtown Cincinnati in the last three years, according to CBRE. The most recent large downtown lease was when Kroger leased about 74,000 square feet of space in Atrium Two."
